To coincide with us turning 4 this July, we are delighted to have been awarded a Top 20 home care provider in the East Midlands award, from homecare.co.uk, for the FOURTH YEAR RUNNING!

The annual Home Care Awards recognises 20 of the top rated Home Care Providers in each region of the UK, based on reviews from service users/clients and their family/friends.

To be eligible to win this award, providers must have had a minimum of 5 reviews published between June 2023 and May 2024. The awards are then based on the review score that must place you in the top 20 providers in your area, at the cut off date in May 2023.

“Since starting with Your Home Care I cannot express my thanks for the friendly professional client centered service I am experiencing, not only from excellent carers, but all office staff as well. I recommend Your Home Care to other people without hesitation as being a superb care provider in all aspects of care.”

We got 7 reviews in that time frame, and all were 5 stars! When leaving a review, you are asked to review staff, care/support, management, whether you’re treated with dignity, and value for money. We are so pleased to see that all of these points have been given top marks!

We now have 40 reviews on the homecare.co.uk website, with a review score of 10/10 and an “overall experience” rating of 5/5.

It goes without saying that this award could not have been achieved without the amazing team that we have. They truly are Outstanding. With all of the challenges they face, our team really have proved that they don’t just care for a living: they genuinely do care about our clients. They provide exceptional care at all times, and we couldn’t be prouder. They even volunteer their days off to spend more time with our clients when we take them on days out, for example, our most recent day trip to Skegness.

The certificate sits proudly in our office (with the THREE previous years!) and is another accolade to go alongside our CQC rating of Outstanding.
