Paul co-founded Your Home Care in 2020 with a background in software engineering and a mission to build something better in home care.
Scott Marsh
Co-founder & Director
Scott co-founded Your Home Care in 2020. A qualified football coach and community man at heart, he brings energy and drive to everything YHC does.
Harriett Reynolds
Registered Manager
Harriett is our Registered Manager and a former Army medic. She leads with experience, compassion and a no-nonsense approach to quality.

Acting Manager
Lesley keeps the Mansfield operation running day to day.

Acting Deputy Manager
Aimee joined as a care assistant in 2020 and has progressed to management, completing her Level 5 with distinction.

Community Care Leader / Scheduler
Hayley coordinates care across Ripley and Amber Valley, making sure every client and carer is supported.
